“An artist must have his measuring tools not in the hand, but in the eye.”-Michelangelo

(Short bio)
Born in 1974 in Tehran, I spent my childhood pursuing my dreams in painting and drawing to express my emotions using pen and brush and on paper and canvas. I have always held on to my growing passion for fine arts. A life-long curiosity, and presumably an ability that comes naturally to me, art has been at the center of what drives me. 1985 brought the horizon of my professional painting career opportunity looming in the distance. I graduated in B.A from Tehran University of Art and Architecture in 2001. Since then, I have been teaching to students and I operate my own gallery. A few years into the constant pursuit of painting came with my passion for carving and sculpturing and carried me away to become a protégé - the opportunity for me to materialize the exhibition staging of my carving incarnations.
I have accumulated a fair bulk of experience in Realism, Surrealism, and Modernism, having used, in each of which, oil painting, acrylic, pastel, and color pencil with music and nature have always been the inspirations backstage.
During all these years, I have held 7 solo exhibitions as well as more than 27 group exhibitions both in Iran and all over the world.
My artworks are the records of the peak of my romantic moments with these arts.
